General Terms

Please note that all orders are manufactured at the time of receipt. Due to a high demand for framing services orders may incur a turnaround time of approximately 12-15 working days, depending on manufacturing levels at time of order.

Our frames are supplied with 1.2mm PERSPEX, a 2mm mdf board with fixings for wall display landscape and portrait. All frames up to and including a 14″ x 11″ will be provided with a strut back for display on a flat surface, horizontal and landscape.

Frames up to and including a 20″ x 16″ will be supplied with 1.2mm Perspex. Larger frames will be supplied with 2mm Perspex. If you wish to have glass, please add this to the comment section of your order.

Please note a protective film is on both sides of the perspex and should be removed before display.

We use flexi pins which give you the opportunity to change your picture many times. Simply lift up the flexi pins with your fingers to remove the backing board and pushed back down once you have inserted your picture and placed the backing board back in the frame.

When ordering please order by the image/glass size (internal measurement). i.e. if you have a 10″ x 8″ picture, please order a 10″ x 8″ frame.

As manufactures of frame you can order the number of frames you require. We do not expect you to order in packs and have no minimum order quantity.

Carriage

Delivery charges are as follows:

1-5 frames – £8.95

6-10 frames – £8.95

11+ frames – £8.95

We deliver to all mainline UK address via Royal Mail and APC couriers.

Please note we are unable to deliver to post box numbers.

All parcels are dispatched on a next working day service and will be delivered between 8.00am and 5.30pm.

At time of ordering if you would like the parcel to be left safe or with a neighbour please advise. Courier company will only take written instructions on their system for protection of our customers.

We do our best to ensure your items are received in good order. If you have any issues with damage to an items please contact us within 48 hours so we can try to rectify.

Return Policy

Returns of our products are accepted under the following circumstances:

• If we have sent you the wrong goods.
• If the goods are damaged upon arrival.
• In both cases, please contact us on 02085072751 to arrange a replacement.

Products must be returned with the original packaging, unused. All other returns/replacements/refunds are purely at the discretion of Picture Frames Direct. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When you purchase products, we give you the benefit of using the latest secure server software (128 bit encryption) so that none of your personal information or card details are at risk at any time.

Personal details including credit card information are not retained on our web servers after your order has been processed. You will need to enter your personal details each time you purchase from our website.

The padlock for (Internet Explorer) or key for (Netscape) symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system. The symbol will appear in the bottom tool bar before you enter your credit/debit card details.

Customers’ names and addresses are not supplied to any mailing lists, or any other mail order companies.

You will need to have cookies turned on to use the shopping basket facility, but these automatically expire once your browser has closed.
