Product Quality
Frames up to and including 20”x16” size are supplied with 1.2mm perspex, 2mm MDF backing board and fixings for landscape or portrait wall display. Smaller frames up to and including 14”x11” size include a strut back for display on a flat surface in portrait or landscape format. Larger frames are supplied with 2mm perspex.
The perspex supplied with our frames has a protective film on both the front and back of the sheet. This should be removed before using the frame.
Frames manufactured by Picture Frames Direct utilise flexi-pins on the the reverse to hold the backing board in place. This enables the frame owner to change the picture as frequently as desired. Simply lift up the flex-pins with your fingers and remove the backing board. Replace your image and the backing board then pus the flexi-pins back down to hold everything in place.
All dimensions of the products refer to the size of the image to be inserted in the frame. Please use this dimension when placing your order, i.e. if you have a 8”x10” picture, please order an 8”x10” frame. We cannot accept any return if you have ordered the wrong size frame.
As a manufacturer of picture frames we work with our customers to supply what they need. Some frame mouldings are subject to a minimum order quantity. Please contact us (sales@picture-frames-direct.com) to request details.
Carriage Charges and Delivery Times
Delivery charges vary depending on the volume ordered and the location of the delivery address.
We will supply a quote for delivery at the time that you place your order. Please advise us at this time if you would like your delivery left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Our courier companies will only accept written instructions on their system for the protection of our customers.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.
Orders can take up to 15 working days to be ready for dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, we aim to deliver within 48 hours to UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Northern Ireland and outside of the UK may take longer.
We do our best to ensure that all items are received in excellent condition. Please contact us (sales@picture-frames-direct.com) within 48 hours if you experience any quality problems on receipt of your frames.
Return Policy
Please contact us (sales@picture-frames-direct.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order if you need to arrange a return.
As frames are made to order, it is important that you check the size is suitable for your requirements before placing your order. We cannot accept any return if you have ordered the wrong size frame.
Returns of our products are accepted if we have sent you the wrong item(s) or if the goods are damaged upon arrival.
Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. All returns, refunds or replacements are at the discretion of Picture Frames Direct. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment Security
Payment details such as credit card information are not retained on our systems after your order has been processed. You will need to provide these details each time you purchase from us.
We offer pro forma payment terms as standard and can offer 30 day payment terms to business customers who pass a credit check.
Any credit card transactions will be processed under the name GMC Marketing Ltd.
